The Six Types of Working Genius
The Working Genius assessment is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others. In this session, we help individuals and teams learn about and leverage their Working Genius results, leading to more effectiveness, productivity, and team cohesion.
In this session, participants will:
Clarify which types of work give them joy and energy and which types are draining and difficult
Learn to avoid making unfair and inaccurate judgements about team members motivations
Alleviate guilt about struggles they may have with certain types of work
Explore ways to improve dialogue and directives in team meetings
Identify ways to make quick and concrete adjustments to roles and responsibilities to better tap into one another’s strengths, and avoid other’s weaknesses
Develop an action plan to better tap into their strengths
