Tailored Training Sessions
For nearly 25 years, ATW has provided award-winning training sessions to meet the specific needs of our clients. Sessions can be conducted in our training center or we can come to you. ATW sessions are highly interactive and focus on skills that can be easily implemented. ATW believes that learning doesn’t end with the classroom session. Many of ATW’s sessions include follow up activities and reinforcement, including a learner website, video modules and eLearning practice elements that create organization-wide impact.

eLearning Solutions
eLearning allows you to provide just-in-time training when and where it is convenient for employees to learn. No travel or schedules to coordinate. ATW offers access to a number of eLearning modules on core topics such as leadership, goal setting, harassment, and more. These modules can be assigned to any number of employees at a low per person cost. They are ideal for situations where only a few people need training and also allows you provide the same training to hundreds or even thousands of employees.
