SLII® Key Training Takeaways

In this course, your team will learn about the three skills of SLII (Goal Setting, Diagnosing, and Matching). Learning is reinforced with videos to introduce skill concepts and cases studies to help drive learning application. Knowing these three skills will also help participants:

  • Increase the quality and quantity of your conversations with employees

  • Develop self-reliance within others

Included in the program is an assessment, the Leadership Behavior Analysis (LBAII), which measures current leadership flexibility and effectiveness. Through the session, participants gain ideas of how to increase both.

Discover Adaptive Leadership

SLII® Concepts teaches managers and supervisors to recognize that there is no one best leadership style, and learn how to diagnose the development need of the employees.

Practice & Apply Leadership Concepts

In this course, your management team will practice flexing leadership styles to the situation and person. The full course material will explore techniques for avoiding over and under supervising.
