Rachelle has over 16 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in a variety of industries and roles. She has worked for urban, suburban and rural companies on the East Coast and in the Midwest and has accumulated experience in the health care, shipbuilding, defense, manufacturing, technology, consumer, financial and real estate industries. Having worked at global enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, mid-size businesses & growth-stage startups, as well as public companies, private equity portfolio companies, mutually-owned companies and family-owned firms, she has a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, revitalizing company culture, managing bureaucracy, training leaders and building HR departments from the ground up.
Rachelle’s passion for people and building relationships creates an engaging and interactive environment. She is committed to developing leaders and building communication skills that help foster a transparent and high-trust culture. A Nebraska native, she graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Rachelle resides in Clive and enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and 2 young sons.
