Robert “Bobby” Jones is a training and development facilitator who recently retired from the Army National Guard after 22 years of service. His military career began with the Iowa Army National Guard in the 34th Infantry Division in the field of Automated Logistics. Bobby then became a Broadcast Journalist and later a Supply Sergeant. He spent several years training new recruits to the National Guard. Bobby served in multiple capacities in the Iowa and Illinois National Guard ranging from Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) as well as a Federal Technician as a Real Property Specialist
Mr. Jones is a well decorated veteran earning two Meritorious Service Medals, multiple Army Commendation Medals as well as the Air force Commendation Medal to mention a few. Bobby has vast experience working closely with all ranks from Private to General and uses this experience to provide the best possible training experience to new and current supervisors. Bobby’s goal is to enable his students to feel confident in their roles as Supervisors and to encourage a positive and productive environment for both the employer and the employee.
In his free time, Bobby enjoys spending time with his five children, riding motorcycles, playing guitar as well as listening to music. Bobby currently resides in Urbandale, Iowa with his family.
