Communication Essentials - VIRTUAL AND CLASSROOM OPTIONS

Everything in the workplace revolves around communication. Whether we are communicating face-to-face or over the telephone, it is essential that you communicate in a manner that ensures the message sent is the message received. During this session, we will cover the fundamentals of communication, which can appear to be so simple, but are difficult to implement effectively and consistently.

In this session, participants will:

  • Discover their communication style
  • Practice adapting their personal communication style to meet diverse communication needs
  • Identify responsibilities of the sender and listener in the communication process
  • Discuss and practice active listening
  • Learn to deal with communication nightmares
  • Develop a personal success plan to help them become better communicators
