Lauri Lumm, Government Facilitator

Lauri Lumm began her career in human resources and has over fifteen years of experience in organizational development. Her role as an HR Business Partner honed her skills in workforce planning, employee relations and performance management. She began to focus on employee development and training over the past seven years of her career. Her areas of emphasis are leadership, coaching, team-building and communication skills.

Lauri received her Master’s degree from Drake University in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance where much of her research was focused on leading through authenticity and connection. Lauri splits her time between instructional design, e-learning design and facilitation. She teaches all over the country for clients in the areas academia, medicine, the private sector and the military. She is an active member of ATD.

Lauri is an avid athlete and in her free times races triathlon and other road races. She also is a past board member of the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and continues to be a volunteer.
