Jen Goemann, Facilitator

With over 20 years in the Learning and Development field, including eight specializing in the Information Technology field, Jen has designed, delivered and managed training and communications in the retail, financial and insurance industries. Her recent focus has been dedicated to technology and software project implementations for large nationwide clients.  As a consultant in the Learning and Development and Software Implementation space, Jen has provided strategic leadership for training, communications and implementation of software with solutions including ELearning and classroom courses, online resource libraries of user guides and tip sheets and full scale communications and change management plans.

Jen works with Senior Level Executives, Managers, Supervisors and Staff to ensure her clients are prepared for the technical and soft skill demands of their businesses. Her passion for collaboration across the collective team to strive for the best possible outcomes and success has allowed her to observe and collect best practices in this space which she enjoys sharing with others while also learning from their experiences.

Jen served on the local board of ATD (Association for Talent Development) for six years and as President of the Board in 2013. She is a member of PMI (Project Management Institute) and enjoys teaching and coaching organizations on their journeys to utilize Agile software development and Scrum practices.

Prior to her current consulting work Jen managed training for companies such as Aviva, Wells Fargo, ARAG Legal and Jenny Craig International. She partners with ATW to deliver quality training on a variety of topics.
