In short, we "leave our emotions at home.” In this course, participants will be able to leverage the importance of emotional intelligence and its placement within the workplace.

Relationship Management
Learning about these different domains will be highly effective within the workplace. Being able to recognize techniques to develop within each of the four domains can improve your workplace and those within immensely.
Practice Strategies For Using Emotional Intelligence in a Variety of Situations
In this course, you will learn how to implement strategies in real-world situations within the workplace.
Being able to practice these situations during the course will allow participants to understand how to handle a similar situation within their company or workplace. Effective communication and understanding is key for this success.
