Training Tip

Take Responsibility

Give yourself a performance review. Reflect on your growth and performance, whether through a formal process or not. Be honest with yourself about your strengths and weaknesses and what you should focus on in the coming year.

Meet Our Newest ATW Team Member: Cassandra Halls

Cassandra Halls recently joined ATW as Vice President of Business Development. Cassandra believes very strongly that in order to achieve success every person and organization needs to constantly be in a learning mode. Throughout her career, Cassandra has lived this belief in many ways, working in public administration, non-profits, corporate entities and as an entrepreneur. This diverse experience allows Cassandra to assess and understand multiple perspectives, to offer solutions that are highly-impactful and to communicate effectively in a variety of settings. She will be a great asset to ATW.

Cassandra earned her Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, as a working adult, from William Penn University. She is also very proud to be a member of the Business Record 2011 Forty under 40 class.

Cassandra lives in Des Moines with her husband Montey, and greatly enjoys spending time with her three children and granddaughter, as well as attending sporting events, watching Hawkeye football and running.
