ATW's unique approach uses a blend of classroom training, webinars, podcasts, book reads and eLearning programs to ensure participants receive world-class training without putting a strain on your budget and schedules.

This program helps current and future leaders:

  • Set the stage for success by identifying and on-boarding the right team members.
  • Set expectations that promote accountability.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve work performance.
  • Deal with difficult employees and situations.
  • Be more emotionally intelligent.
  • Build high-performing teams.
FAST FACT:  Over 60% of first time managers underperform in their first two years, creating performance gaps and employee turnover across the entire front line.

Free White Paper: Leadership Strategies for Making Change Stick

You've heard it a million times--"the only constant is change." This certainly rings true in the business world where change comes at us at a blinding pace. But if change is such a prevalent part of our everyday lives, why aren't we better at managing it?

Recent studies show that as much as 70% of all change initiatives fail. Why? One reason is that the issues and challenges organizations face today are more complex than ever before. A second and more fundamental reason is that leaders in most organizations do not use a high-involvement change strategy to lower resistance and generate buy-in to change.

Without strategies to engage and involve people in the process, organizations often fall short of the benefits they hoped to realize through their change initiatives. Even more detrimental than a failed change initiative is the fallout from the failure such as lost productivity, low morale, and wasted time and money.
